Valeo is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to join the Quality Assurance team on the shop floor of our automotive manufacturing environment. You'll gain hands-on experience with floor validation walks, dimensional inspections, and SPC studies to drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities include updating inspection and control documentation, reporting dimensional non-conformances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives with the quality team.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Basic understanding of GD&T and SPC concepts.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct floor validation walks on production lines.
• Record dimensional measurements accurately.
• Perform Cp/Cpk capability studies.
• Maintain part-specific quality documentation.
• Log and report non-conformances.
• Support kaizen and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
