Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years in automotive quality systems, audits, or compliance.
Advanced English required for corporate audits and international communication.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and audit methods.

Responsibilities

Oversee QMS aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Plan and execute internal audits for systems, processes, and products.
Lead customer audits, prepare evidence, manage findings, and close corrective actions.
Maintain and control QMS documents, procedures, formats, and matrices.
Follow up on corrective actions from audits and monitor actions.
Coordinate with corporate teams for compliance reviews and global audits.
Monitor quality KPIs and system performance.
Ensure environmental compliance per ISO 14001 and legal requirements.
