QST Solutions/Wabash Technologies in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking a Planner to support production and material planning in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will coordinate with production, procurement, logistics and suppliers to ensure timely materials, maintain optimal inventories and meet delivery schedules.

Formación

• At least 3 years' experience as a planner in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours due to multiple suppliers globally.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in production planning and scheduling based on demand.
• Prepare daily to monthly production plans.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers.
• Track inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
• Support MRP activities and analyze capacity constraints.
• Coordinate with shop floor to ensure plan adherence.
• Follow up on schedule deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain planning data in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / other).
