Job summary

Qualifications

• English (speaking/writing) required.
• DFMEA experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Experience with 8D problem solving.
• Statistical Analysis proficiency required.
• Mechanical print specifications, GD&T, IATF familiarity, CAD software, and problem solving are important.

Responsibilities

• Submit and/or follow up Engineering Change Requests (CR) / Change Notifications (CN).
• Customer Technical Requirements review and communication/reporting.
• BOM update and release; Product Drawings update and release.
• DFMEA update and release; Engineering test specifications update and release.
• Quote prototype samples to customers and coordinate validation tests with product laboratories.
• Coordinate prototype builds in plant with prototype/production teams; IMDS submission.
• Production plant technical support; design changes technical review.
