FORVIA HELLA is seeking an Operations Project Manager in El Salto, Jalisco. The role leads product launches and engineering changes, coordinating across Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure timely implementation and readiness of production.

You will monitor milestones, manage risks, and drive corrective actions while ensuring manufacturing processes and documentation meet new product launch requirements. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in automotive launches and engineering change management.
• Cross-functional project leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrialization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product launch and engineering change management activities, ensuring successful and timely implementation across the plant.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Operations, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering and Program Management to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project milestones, risks and KPIs, driving escalation and corrective actions when required.
• Ensure readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, documentation and production standards for new product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
