EDAG Mexico seeks a Measurement Techniques Engineer to validate and launch electronic components, lead root-cause analysis, and develop testing plans for new vehicle functions. You will install and configure measurement sensors, perform tests on roads or climate chambers, and report findings in English or German.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in automotive, mechanical, mechatronic, systems, electrical, or related field.
• 3+ years in automotive with measurement techniques and data acquisition.
• 3+ years with measurement equipment such as data loggers and analysis.
• Experience with sensors, transducers, data logging systems; CAN/LIN/Ethernet knowledge.
• Fluent English; German desirable; 18-month contract.

Responsabilidades

• Validate, integrate and feasibly launch electric/electronic components and new functions.
• Lead root cause analysis of pre-series and production vehicles with tests.
• Document defects and present resolution; develop testing plans for launches.
• Innovate with new validation/testing methods and best practices.
• Install sensors and measurement equipment; test drive vehicles on roads or chambers.
• Analyze data and prepare reports in English or German for clients.
