Purem by Eberspächer in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, seeks a process/manufacturing engineer to implement and qualify new equipment and processes for automotive manufacturing. The role emphasizes APQP/PPAP, line balancing, and performance tracking including scrap, rework, and direct labor metrics.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure documentation aligns with Purem internal standards, and drive data-driven improvements using CAD/CAM tools, MES, and advanced analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of manufacturing processes for current process improvement.
• Qualification and release of new equipment and processes.
• Implementation of documentation, processes, and procedures for new production lines.
• Handover/delivery of the manufacturing process according to Purem internal standards, APQP, and PPAP.
• Ensure plant metrics such as Scrap, Rework, Direct Labor, Manning, TT/CT, and project budget are met during the different APQP and PPAP phases.
