YFSS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, develop and optimize automotive manufacturing processes in a Tier 1 environment. The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, safety and cost through Lean methods and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive manufacturing and are fluent in English. You must be able to travel and have your own transportation as relocation support is not provided.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in automotive manufacturing as a Manufacturing Engineer.
• Experience in optimizing process flow, layout, cycle time and cost reduction.
• Familiar with quality systems and IATF16949, FORMEL Q, VDA.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multi-cultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive production in a Tier 1 setting.
• Ensure production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost targets through process improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and support for new product launches.
• Train operators and maintain process documentation (flow charts, PFMEA, instructions).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the production team.
• Coordinate with global teams and ensure adherence to standards.
