Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA is looking for a Design & Release Engineer in Mexico to lead the development and optimization of automotive accessories and performance components. This role involves managing product lifecycles from approval to market, ensuring compliance with quality and cost requirements.

The ideal candidate will excel in CAD design, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration, acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams. Reference documents like DFMEA and DVP&R will be critical in this role.

Formación

• Strong background in automotive accessories and performance components.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of engineering quality documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the development and launch of automotive accessories.
• Drive cost-value analysis and execute VAVE initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with suppliers.
• Lead CAD creation and packaging feasibility studies.
• Author engineering quality documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
• Track and root-cause production issues during pre-production.
