Formación

• Math/Science background required.
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude needed.
• Experience in roles that enhance understanding of equipment and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supports production line to improve yields, throughput and quality.
• Trains and coaches frontline operators on processes.
• Applies Lean and DMAIC tools to reduce downtime and costs.
• Leads and supports optimization projects and standardization.
• Shares learnings across shifts and product lines.
• Works on equipment projects to reduce downtime and defects.
• Suggests new equipment or processes for improvement.
• Ensures safety, health and environmental compliance.
