Qualifications

• Familiarity with PLC programming and machine vision systems is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD / project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and testing of mechanical and electrical systems for automation applications.
• Support the programming and troubleshooting of PLCs and robotic systems under guidance of experienced engineers.
• Participate in development and implementation of vision systems and QA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to learn project management methodologies.
• Document processes, project requirements, and operational guidelines for automation projects.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to purchasing processes and supplier interactions as part of procurement cycle.
• Carry out tasks assigned by supervisor related to duties.
