A leading recreational vehicle manufacturer located in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a professional to lead manufacturing execution systems and integrate automated equipment to enhance continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Mechatronic or Robotic Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential. Descripción del empleo

Main Duties

• Leadership on Manufacturing Execution Systems (High and Low) communication protocols.
• Integration and support of automated equipment (INE) for continuous improvement.
• Update current production systems according to Model Year, ECN and Platform Introductions.
• Develop technological innovation projects as part of the continuous Improvement.
• Ensure a technological Poka yoke strategy related to Safety and Quality to reduce RPN's.
• Ensure standardization in control hardware, programming logic as well as HMI's and screens architecture.
• Manage program changes through a governance and approval committee.
• Leadership on database for process parameters, OEE, MDT, and real time visual management of the operations KPI's.
• Follow BRP values and behaviors.
• Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
• Enforce Quality BRP policy.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor in: Mechatronic or Robotic Engineering or similar
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years in similar position
• Languages:
  • Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
  • English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
