NovintiX in Juarez, Mexico, is seeking an Automation Engineer to contribute as an individual in a scientific/tech field. You will support automation for modernized and legacy systems, plan and control automation projects to back new product development, and help deliver KPIs and company initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years delivering automation projects and a degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Automation, plus ability to interpret drawings and experience with FDA/ISO quality

Formación

• Honours degree in Mechanical, Electronic/Mechatronic, or Automation disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience delivering automation projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of FDA/ISO quality systems within regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Builds equipment and control systems and helps determine reliability and need for updates.
• Compiles automation project requirements in support of project resource management and maintenance.
• Coordinates assessments in support of determining regulatory compliance and any necessary improvements for regulation conformity.
• Contributes to automation deliverables and ensures adherence to expected deadlines.
• Analyzes basic changes in scope, including provision of necessary information to support claims for time and cost impact.
• Communicates internally with engineers regarding workflow and project deliverables.
• Understands and applies Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Automation Engineer developing as an individual contributor in a scientific/technology field. Assists with Automation for modernized and legacy systems, infrastructure, and services. Conducts the planning, design, scheduling and control of Automation projects to support new product development. Contributes to key performance indicator achievements and supports company initiative

Qualification

• Hons Degree in a Mechanical, Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or Automation disciplines
• 5+ Years of Experience in delivery of automation projects
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications
• Working knowledge of quality systems (FDA/ISO) within a regulated environment.

Desirable

• Commissioning and validation experience
• Experience in a process engineering role
• PLC Programming
• Experience with manufacturing systems.
