Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a software test engineer to design and develop product requirements, test plans, and testing environments for desktop diagnostic applications used in ECU diagnosis.

Role involves automation, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust software quality and scalable testing practices within an Agile framework.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with backend test automation frameworks.
• Experience with software release processes.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum software development approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Develop in an agile/scrum environment focused on incremental releases.
• Develop and maintain tests and test applications to validate unit software and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate data management and data flows.
• Automate test cases to enable quicker deployments and verify functionality, performance and scalability.
• Document standards and best practices for consumption by product development teams.
• Maintain test and build environments and automation frameworks.
• Interface with embedded software developers, systems engineers, and management to communicate project status.
• Estimate effort of development work with given assumptions.
