Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 3–5 years in internal or external audit or related accounting role.
• Knowledge of COSO, NIF, and auditing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
• Assess internal controls and identify weaknesses.
• Evaluate efficiency and economy of operations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation recommendations.
• Perform audit fieldwork with data analysis and interviews.
• Prepare clear audit reports and follow up on actions.
• Stay updated on auditing standards and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with management to strengthen the control environment.
• Contribute to the annual internal audit plan.
