Una empresa del sector automotriz busca un Auditor de Calidad en General Escobedo, Nuevo León. El candidato será responsable de auditar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de producto y especificaciones durante el proceso de producción. Se requiere un enfoque en normativas ISO, registro de productos no conformes y monitoreo de resultados estadísticos. Este puesto es para nivel de entrada y ofrece un empleo a tiempo completo.

Responsabilidades

• Hacer seguimiento de las fallas encontradas durante el turno.
• Aprobar los materiales en las líneas de producción.
• Registrar y disponer del producto no conforme.
• Realizar un monitoreo aleatorio de los resultados estadísticos.

Job Purpose
Audit and ensure compliance with product standards and specifications in any of the phases of the processes in the production areas, according to the established procedures, to ensure that they meet internal and customer requirements. Ensure that the documents found within the quality management system comply with the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 and specific customer requirements.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Keep track of the faults found during your shift and those that were reported by other areas, through the registration of SIP, FTQ, and other records as the case may be, and have the attention and correction of the process.
• Approve the materials in the production lines, comparing what is required against what is inspected, in order to continue the operation process.
• Register, segregate, identify and dispose of the non‑compliant product, issuing an NCMR, so that it can be physically transferred to the quarantine area.
• Perform random monitoring of the statistical results defined in the CEP, for decision‑making of problems of instability and low ability.
