A leading open-source software company is seeking an Associate Support Engineer to provide technical support for Ubuntu and open-source products. The role is remote, requiring strong communication skills and experience in Linux troubleshooting. Role: Associate Support Engineer (globally remote)
This is a hands-on engineering role to support customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. You will work with some of the best people in the industry at Canonical, solving interesting technical problems and delivering an outstanding technical support experience across cloud, desktop and IoT. You will own and manage cases from problem qualification to full resolution, transfer to colleagues or involve senior engineers when needed. This is a globally remote role.
