Radian Generation is seeking an Associate I, Compliance & Risk Operations to join our global renewable energy team in Mexico. You will support the compliance and risk function across client portfolios, assist with onboarding, and help prepare monthly reports and audits.

This role requires strong documentation and communication skills, the ability to follow procedures, and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDFs will be an asset as you contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• University degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Compliance & Risk team in delivering services to customers.
• Assist onboarding new clients and portfolios and participate in meetings.
• Draft, review, and distribute monthly compliance and risk reports for clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk team in delivering the full scope of Compliance services to our customers.
• Support Compliance & Risk management tasks for a small set of client portfolios. Assist with onboarding new customers and portfolios.
• Support regular client meetings; manage and distribute agendas.
• Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports for clients. Review and integrate content from O&M provider reports.
• Assist with regularly scheduled compliance filings. Support compliance audit activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.
• Assist team with problem resolution.

Required Qualification & Education

• Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• University Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience

Experience Required

• 0-2 years experience in domain

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
• Familiarity with project agreements & material terms
• Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions
• Able to work as part of a team
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Required Software Knowledge

• Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets
