You will handle profile management, COI reviews, license checks, and documentation, collaborating with legal and business teams while seeking improvements and proactively flagging risks.

This on-site role starts in October 2026 and supports a collaborative, vibrant workplace in Mexico

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about healthcare? PwC is looking for an Administrative & HCP Onboarding Specialist to manage healthcare professional onboarding processes with precision, ensuring compliance and efficiency within a dynamic global environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage profiles and support portal onboarding.
• Conduct due diligence including COI reviews and license checks.
• Perform tiering tasks and elevate issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with legal and business teams.
• Support process improvements and communicate risks proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Biomedical Engineering or Finance, with relevant experience in financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or work experience within healthcare or pharmaceutical companies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, German or Hebrew (advanced level).
• Familiarity with CRM or engagement management systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
