Zobele by kdc/one in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Development & Industrialization. You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate timelines, budgets, and validation activities for new equipment and products.

The role requires English fluency, a technical degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CAD tools is preferred.

Formación

• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience covering similar responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager in all project coordination activities.
• Develop, update, and monitor the project timeline.
• Support the development of product and new equipment validation protocols.
• Monitor CAPEX, product costs, and the overall project budget.
• Coordinate the preparation and shipment of samples, ensuring involvement of all relevant departments.
• Coordinate the preparation and shipment of materials required for new equipment validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain project technical documentation, including datasheets, BOMs, and other related documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor product validation and testing activities.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead project status meetings with all departments involved.
• Coordinate meetings with suppliers to define the scope of supply, monitor activity progress, and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
