TTI in Torreón, Mexico, is seeking a Lead Demand Planning to drive production planning, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will lead the Production Planning team, develop and execute achievable schedules that maximize output and optimize resources.

Collaborate with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other functions to resolve daily challenges and mitigate risks, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as SCM, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing planning teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Production Planning team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute production schedules that align with business priorities and customer demand.
• Partner with Materials, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, OPM, and OPD teams to resolve daily execution challenges and maintain operational flow.
• Facilitate daily production planning reviews to identify risks, mitigate disruptions, and implement recovery plans.
• Drive planning excellence by balancing production attainment, inventory, capacity, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support business growth and operational objectives.

• Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Planning. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing planning teams.
