Milwaukee Tool is seeking to plan delivery schedules and monitor supplier execution to achieve on-time deliveries within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role focuses on JIT planning setup and optimization, ensuring long-term supplier capacity and responsive scheduling.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in PM or customer service in manufacturing, strong English skills, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate across Eng, Supply Chain, and markets.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business/science or related discipline.
  • At least 5-year experience in PM or customer service area, working experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Good level written and spoken English (Global interactions).
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate with Eng / Market and factory to create, follow and monitor the project schedule.
  • Set deadlines for critical stages and monitor to secure project schedule, monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project.
  • Organize regular meetings to review and summarize project progress.
  • Coordinate on LLT risk buy and push for approval and follow with factories for material preparation.
  • Troubleshoot as project progresses.
  • Extensive internal and external coordination to highlight risks for demand schedule, engineering, sourcing, and markets.

Job Description

This position required to plan delivery schedules, monitor supplier execution, production output plan vs actual status and achieving on time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Eng / Market and factory to create, follow and monitor the project schedule.
  • Set deadlines for critical stages and monitor to secure project schedule, monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project.
  • Organize regular meeting to review and summarize project progress.
  • Coordinate on LLT risk buy and push for approval and follow with factories for material preparation.
  • Do trouble-shooting as project progresses.
  • Extensive contact internally with SC to highlight any risks for demand schedule, Eng for technical supports / material verification, sourcing for tooling release / material schedule support and externally with markets for info / approval required, inhouse team for schedule, ramp up plan, material status and etc.
What you will be expected to do
  • JIT planning process setup and optimization
  • Strong coordination in system development to match JIT process request.
  • Ability to secure in supplier for long term capacity and RYG building to ensure supply feasibility.
  • Capable to manage in quick/effective response to production planning fluctuation.
  • Tooling duplication planning from capacity and lifecycle perspective.
  • Drive continuing extension of suppliers for JIT deployment.
