Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid Assistant role based in Reynosa, TAM, with opportunities for remote work. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing general support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and its activities. The role requires effective communication with team members and external stakeholders, as well as helping to coordinate meetings and projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and record‑keeping

  • Proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applications
  • Basic knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus
