AUMOVIO is seeking an Assembly Process Engineer in Mexico to design, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes across assembly lines. You will drive cycle time reduction, line balancing, waste elimination, and productivity improvements to meet quality targets and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
• Advanced English
• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Automotive Operations.
• Facilitating or participating in PFMEA activities

Responsabilidades

• Design, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes within Assembly Operations.
• Lead PFMEA activities as moderator for assigned production lines and ensure risk assessment effectiveness.
• Maintain alignment between PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, and work instructions.
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time, balance lines, and enhance productivity.
