Job summary

UPS is seeking a candidate to lead the development, implementation, and execution of operational plans across one or more retail stores. The role focuses on ensuring efficient day-to-day non‑sales operations and maintaining store standards.

You will support inventory management, promote operational readiness, and handle cash receipts paperwork. Additional duties may include receiving and stocking merchandise, non‑sales tasks, and coordinating activities across several locations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of operational plans, policies, and activities within one or more retail stores.
• Responsibilities include supporting day‑to‑day non‑sales operations, maintaining inventory levels and store appearance, promoting operational readiness, and completing accounting activities and paperwork associated with cash receipts.
• Activities may also include merchandise receiving and stocking, non‑sales departmental work (such as check‑out, photo lab, or order bagging), and coordination of operational activities across multiple stores.
• Multi‑store responsibilities may include support for new store openings, payroll and incentive activities, and planning or coordination of events, contests, and promotional initiatives.
