Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address customer complaints and requests to discontinue services.
• Deliver resolutions to appease customer dissatisfaction and retain customers.
• Track and maintain records of complaints and resolutions.

General Customer Service

• Addressing customer complaints and/or requests to discontinue service(s).
• Appeasing customer dissatisfaction and delivers resolution.
• Ensures customer complaints/dissatisfactions are handled in an effective manner to retain customers.
• Tracking and maintaining records/feedback of complaints/dissatisfactions and resolution information.
• Escalating issues or redirect complaints/dissatisfactions to appropriate functions or personnel.
• Providing superior customer service and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Dealing with questions on account mangement, invoices, delivery, follow up of contract elements etc
• Providing customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text
• Customer issues analysis and resolution.

A Specialist applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency:
