Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within the technology or digital services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business development strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and other emerging technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment and proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, if necessary.
