Gravity Global is seeking a visionary Art Director to join the Creation - Creative team in Mexico (EOR) and lead visual storytelling across integrated campaigns. You will translate strategy into high-impact creative for digital, print, and experiential channels, guiding the team from ideation to execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in an agency, a strong design portfolio, and leadership skills to drive multiple projects while collaborating with strategy and production partners.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and a clean aesthetic.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Exceptional ability to conceptualise and articulate creative visions clearly.
• Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and media communications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, driving projects to timely completion.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and direct creative concepts with the project team, adhering to client briefs and communicating brands effectively through visual design.
• Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative personnel in the development of artwork, layout, and visual standards.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout the process.
• Work closely with the marketing and strategy departments to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message and is consistent with the overall brand strategy.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and tools, and be ready to apply modern design techniques to client projects.
• Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-media placements.
