Placements24 seeks a Líder Técnico de Plataformas de Aprendizaje en Línea to steer architecture and delivery of our online learning platforms. This fully remote, global role guides engineers, sets technical direction, and ensures scalable, secure experiences for thousands of learners.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development with leadership in modern stacks (Python/Django, Node.js, Java), strong front-end skills, cloud and CI/CD expertise, and LMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with 4+ years in leadership or architecture.
• Experience designing scalable web apps using modern tech stacks.
• Strong front-end framework experience and data modeling knowledge.
• Proven cloud infrastructure and CI/CD exposure.
• Familiar with LMS technologies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers delivering online learning platforms.
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for the e-learning ecosystem.
• Architect scalable, secure web-based educational apps.
• Oversee full SDLC from planning to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and QA processes.
• Evaluate new tech to improve performance and UX.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and manage technical debt.
• Foster a high-performing remote engineering culture.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
