Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with residential focus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of Mexican building codes, regulations, and permitting processes for Tijuana.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee architectural designs for new residential projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and market demands.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies for development in Tijuana.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders for integrated project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Perform site visits during construction to address design queries and ensure adherence to plans.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and regulatory changes in Baja California.
