Key Responsibilities

Design and develop unique architectural concepts for high-end residential properties. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and lifestyle preferences. Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations. Specify high-quality materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring a luxurious outcome. Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to ensure a cohesive project. Manage design phases from concept through construction documentation, remotely. Ensure design compliance with client budgets, aesthetic standards, and relevant building codes. Stay current with luxury market trends, innovative building technologies, and high-end design aesthetics. Prepare and present design proposals and updates to clients through virtual meetings. Maintain a high level of artistic integrity and client satisfaction throughout the design process.

Requirements
