Placements24 represents a forward-thinking architectural practice in Zapopan, Jalisco, seeking an expert BIM Design Architect and Parametric Modeling lead to enhance project efficiency through advanced BIM workflows.

The ideal candidate will develop complex BIM models, coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams, and drive digital design through Grasshopper-based parametric tools in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of architectural design experience with strong BIM focus.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Archicad, or Vectorworks.
• Demonstrated experience with Grasshopper for Rhino.
• Strong understanding of computational design principles.
• Experience developing BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to mentor others.
• Knowledge of project delivery methods and BIM integration.
• Familiarity with simulation/analysis tools integrated with BIM.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
• Develop and maintain complex BIM models with data integrity.
• Utilize parametric design tools to explore options and optimize performance.
• Create and manage content libraries and templates for BIM projects.
• Facilitate coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams using BIM.

• Stay updated on BIM technology and parametric design developments.
• Contribute to the firm's digital transformation and innovation efforts.
