About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking international architecture and design firm, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Arquitecto BIM Líder Remoto to join their globally distributed team. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows across various projects, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years focused on BIM management and implementation.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and project delivery processes.
• Proven experience in leading BIM teams and managing BIM workflows on complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge of industry BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, national BIM standards).
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff in BIM best practices.
• Experience with other design and analysis software is a plus.
