Placements24 is seeking an Arquitecto BIM Coordinador to lead BIM coordination for complex architectural projects on a fully remote team in Mexico. You will establish standards, templates, and BEP, coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP workflows while ensuring clash-free models and high-quality documentation.

You must have at least 6 years in architecture with 4 years in BIM coordination, strong Revit and Navisworks skills, and fluency in Spanish with English advantageous.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architecture with at least 4 years in BIM coordination/management.
• Expertise with BIM standards, templates, and BEP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, templates, and protocols for architectural projects.
• Coordinate BIM models from architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure design consistency and clash detection.
• Manage the BIM execution plan (BEP) and ensure its effective implementation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders regarding BIM processes and deliverables.
• Generate high-quality architectural drawings, visualizations, and documentation from BIM models.
• Perform quality assurance checks on BIM models for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Stay current with BIM advancements and propose workflow improvements.
