Amazon is hiring an Area Manager to lead a team of associates in a Fulfillment Center. You will mentor and coach staff, ensure safety, quality, attendance, and engagement while delivering great customer service.

You will own the team’s performance, schedule and overtime during peak seasons, and implement Lean-driven improvements to streamline operations and meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Rotating, flexible schedule including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• You and your team of warehouse associates are responsible for getting Amazon customers their orders and ensuring trained staff are supported.
• You take ownership in your work and team and are available to work overtime during peak periods and year-round as needed.
• Leading and developing a team of 30-80 hourly associates by embodying Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
• Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to delight customers.
