Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• English proficiency at intermediate-advanced to advanced level is required.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodology.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or Rhino.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for visual representation and communication.
• Strong visual communication and freehand drawing skills to explore, develop, and communicate architectural ideas.
• Creativity, aesthetic sensibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative, a collaborative mindset, and commitment to architectural excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the conceptual and creative development of architectural projects by proposing ideas and design alternatives.
• Explore spatial solutions, materials, finishes, and details that enhance the architectural concept.
• Communicate ideas through sketches, freehand drawings, diagrams, and other visual representation techniques.
• Translate design concepts into BIM models, architectural documentation, and constructible solutions.
• Develop floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and comprehensive construction document packages.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose functional, aesthetically compelling, and technically feasible solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design, technology, and quality throughout each project.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team development, according to your level of experience.

What Are We Looking For?
