Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a mobile test automation engineer for a fully remote role supporting teams across the Americas. You will automate the regression suite and extend coverage for iOS and Android features, aiming to replace manual regression tests with reliable automated tests.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of mobile automation experience, familiarity with Firebase/ Test Lab, UiAutomator, and Robolectric, and can work within EST hours.

What you will do

• Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;
• Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;
• Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

• 2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;
• Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);
• Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;
• Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
