XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installer Trainee in Monterrey to grow in quality, service, and product installation. You will participate in high-end vehicle installations, build relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and support transport duties across XPEL facilities and partner locations.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on developing skills through hands-on training and teamwork.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Be attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Job Summary:

An Installer Trainee is responsible for their own continued growth in quality, customer service and installation of our products.

Core Duties:

• Install with a high level of quality
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
