XPEL in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an Installer Trainee to grow in vehicle installation quality and customer service. You will train on proper installation methods, maintain professional relationships with local customers, and support transport and attendance duties as part of a dynamic team.

This entry-level role emphasizes learning, reliability, and safe operation of high-end vehicles while contributing to a fast-paced service environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.

• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
