Tecnológico de Monterrey's AI for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Institute (AIMS) invites applications for a full-time faculty position focused on Artificial Intelligence for Industrial Systems. The successful candidate will develop world-class interdisciplinary research, engage with industry partners, mentor students, and translate AI research into deployable industrial solutions.

Candidates should hold a Ph.D.

Formación

• Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Operations Research, or closely related field
• Experience in development and implementation of AI-based solutions for industrial systems
• Proven ability to collaborate with industry partners and/or applied research laboratories
• Ability to secure research funding and develop strategic industry partnerships
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English (minimum B2 level); Spanish desirable but not required

Responsabilidades

• Develop a high-impact applied research program in Artificial Intelligence for Industrial Systems
• Lead collaborative research projects with manufacturing companies, logistics firms, and technology providers
• Translate AI research into deployable industrial solutions, including prototypes, digital platforms, and decision platforms
• Mentor graduate students and postdoctoral researchers in applied research projects
• Publish in leading scientific journals while prioritizing industry impact, innovation, and technology transfer
