Tec de Monterrey invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Supply Chain and Logistics Systems within the AI for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Institute (AIMS). The successful candidate will build an interdisciplinary research program, collaborate with industry, government, and partners, and mentor graduate students while driving tech adoption and practical impact.

Requirements include a Ph.D.

Formación

• PhD in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience applying research to industry or government.
• Ability to secure external research funding and build partnerships.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2); Spanish desirable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a high-impact applied research program in Supply Chain and Logistics Systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, logistics providers, and retailers.
• Lead research addressing real-world supply chain challenges.
• Mentor graduate students working on applied projects.
• Publish research with focus on operational impact and technology adoption.
