Job summary

Brady Corp in Mexico City is seeking a Network Engineer for Application Support to provide Tier 2 technical support for Brady Solutions partners and customers. You will troubleshoot networking issues, spanning TCP/IP, FTP, DHCP, and more, across diverse environments including warehouses and retail.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous Tier 2 technical support focusing on quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoots wireless connectivity in environments such as distribution centers, warehouses, and retail.
Collaborate with other support teams, vendors, and customers to troubleshoot issues.
Develop, test, and maintain tools for advanced troubleshooting analysis.
Document activity and communications per quality standards.
Analyze customer queries and reproduce issues to determine root cause and next steps.
Follow processes for support handling and case escalation.
Contribute to the knowledge base and team meetings with feedback.
