Responsibilities

• Understand Inteva motor portfolio to support/work as an application engineer for NA customers.
• Analyze and understand customer technical requirements, develop a conformity matrix, and propose products for RFQ.
• Develop Inteva DVPR ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
• Support business pursuit activities, analyze RFQ packages, and develop eBOMs.
• Create DFMEAs.
• Follow test and validations through DV, PV phases, analyze results, and develop solutions to any validation challenges.
• Engage in regular communication with NA customers, US-based applications teams for Motors/Electronics and Window Regulators, and Inteva motors and electronics core engineers in India and France.
• Follow Inteva PDP (Product development process) and meet all gate review requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering. (Preferred)
• Knowledge of engineering design of motors and electronics. (Preferred)
• Knowledge of design of molded parts.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally to support the business.
