Eaton is seeking an Annex 24 Analyst to manage inventory control for raw materials and fixed assets at the San Luis Potosí site. You will ensure monthly reconciliations, compliance with IMMEX and CIVA, and maintain accurate asset records including brand, model and serial numbers.

This role requires strong attention to KPI metrics and coordination across functions to safeguard asset data integrity and reporting timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Annex 24 inventory control for raw materials and fixed assets and ensure timely submission of monthly reconciliations and Annex 30 reports.
• Process open balance payments within deadlines to ensure compliance with IMMEX and VAT Certification (CIVA).
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to maintain date accuracy and asset data across plant records (brand, model, serial number).
