Hilton’s Lobby Representative role in Jalisco, Mexico, invites you to greet guests warmly, provide directions and local tips, and ensure a seamless lobby experience. You’ll respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly, efficient approach, while staying informed about hotel services and event details.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests upon arrival and offer directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience

• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, outlet hours, local attractions, transportation options, and event details
• Assist with guest errands: Retrieve and deliver packages, laundry, event tickets, and other items as requested
• Maintain an inviting space: Keep the lobby clean, organized, and welcoming
