Slalom seeks a skilled Anaplan consultant to join our LATAM practice, translating complex business challenges into scalable Anaplan models. You will design, build, and optimize multidimensional models and collaborate with clients to deliver end-to-end Anaplan solutions.

In this role, you’ll work with a team of Anaplan professionals to expand capabilities across LATAM, driving value through data-driven planning and analytics while embracing a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including at least one Anaplan implementation.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, or implementing Anaplan models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of system implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, client-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling within Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound data integrations.
• Passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, 'roll-up-your-sleeves' mindset and enthusiasm for working within a growing team.
• Interest in gaining exposure across industries while continuing to develop your Anaplan and consulting expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets, and business challenges into elegant and intuitive Anaplan multidimensional models.
• Design, build, and enhance Anaplan models as part of new implementations, connected solutions, optimizations, or expanded functionality.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Provide clear, meaningful feedback and timely progress updates to business partners and project teams.
• Develop and maintain model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration activities.
• Support and lead UAT testing and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with the broader Anaplan team and contribute to the continued growth of Slalom's Anaplan capabilities in LATAM.
