Henkel Mexico is seeking a Travel & Expenses Analyst to oversee and verify travel expense reimbursements, reconcile corporate credit cards, and prepare payment proposals. You will monitor T&E transactions, ensure policy compliance, and provide support across supported countries.

The role emphasizes internal controls, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment in Mexico. Fluent English and ERP familiarity are valued.

Qualificações

• Experience in Travel & Expense, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and expense management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and reconcile Corporate Credit Card (CCC) processes.
• Generate payment proposals and follow up on T&E-related transactions and monitor pending cases, overdue expense reports, and policy compliance.

• Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and performance analyses. Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

The Travel & Expenses Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and verifying the proper processing of travel expense reimbursements through corporate systems, as well as for the comprehensive reconciliation of corporate credit cards. In addition, the analyst will prepare payment proposals and closely monitor travel and entertainment transactions, verifying tax receipts, outstanding balances, and strict adherence to internal guidelines.
