Baxter International Inc. in Tijuana is seeking an Associate Analyst B, QA Global to evaluate, process, and investigate product complaints to support post-market surveillance.

You will manage complaint workflows, ensure accurate records, and collaborate with multiple functions while meeting regulatory timelines. Recent graduates or current students pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate degree are encouraged to apply; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

  • No industry experience is required; work experience in the technical or service area is desirable.
  • Good written and verbal skills as well as good interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Desirable experience in resolving issues for internal and external customers.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • Ability to function as an individual contributor within a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel or equivalent software; familiarity with TrackWise preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Manages complaint workflow and processes complaints within complaint handling software applications.
  • Manages potentially reportable event workflow and processes potentially reportable events within software based on an understanding of the risks associated with product malfunction.
  • Ensures complaint records accurately reflect the allegation, investigation and conclusion of the customer complaint.
  • Works independently and with different functions/sites of the organization to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensures timely closure of complaints to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Support internal corporate, notified bodies, third party, and regulatory audits as needed.
  • With the appropriate training able to process across one to two product lines or segment codes as required.

Job Summary

This position will conduct product complaint evaluation, processing, and investigation for Hill-Rom products to support post market surveillance. The Associate Analyst B, QA Global must be able to understand the customer's allegation and accurately document the summary and investigation details as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages complaint workflow and processes complaints within complaint handling software applications.

Education Required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Recently graduated or currently studying Bachelor's or Associates degree.
