La posición requiere experiencia en costos, inventarios y SAP/ERP, con capacidad analítica para traducir datos en acciones de valor, reportando al área de Finanzas y
Nivel de Estudios Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Supply Chain o afín. 5+ años de experiencia en análisis financiero, costos de manufactura, gastos operativos, inventarios, logística o FP&A industrial.
Experiencia Requerida Experiencia deseable en costos indirectos, materiales, Logística Inversa/METS, inventarios, servicios administrativos, IT o procurement. Capacidad para traducir variables operativas en impacto financiero cuantificable. Conocimiento deseable de SAP/ERP, estructuras de centros de costo, cuentas contables, inventarios, contratos y modelos de costo unitario. Mínimo 3 años en costos indirectos, gastos operativos, inventarios, logística, supply chain finance o FP&A industrial.
Pensamiento crítico; sensibilidad financiera; enfoque a detalle; orientación a negocio; colaboración transversal; capacidad para encontrar costos ocultos y estructurar oportunidades. Excel avanzado; Power BI deseable; PowerPoint ejecutivo; SAP/ERP deseable; análisis de bases de datos, inventarios y costos unitarios.
Administrar, proyectar y anticipar el comportamiento financiero de los costos operativos indirectos de manufactura, integrando las categorías de Administración, IT, Logística Inversa/METS y Materiales Indirectos, mediante escenarios financieros, estrategias de optimización e identificación de costos ocultos, riesgos y oportunidades que impacten el costo total de la cervecería, así como riesgos asociados a eventos de No Calidad y obsolescencia de Producto Terminado Asignaciones primarias: Administración, IT, Logística Inversa/METS, Materiales Indirectos y costos de No Calidad. Asignaciones complementarias: inventarios, contratos de servicios, logística de soporte y categorías operativas indirectas.
