ALS busca un/a profesional de reclutamiento en México para planear, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación de personal, diseñando estrategias de atracción de talento y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y plazos.

El puesto actúa como enlace entre Recursos Humanos y los líderes de las áreas solicitantes, garantizando la cobertura adecuada de vacantes y apoyando a los gerentes en cada etapa del ciclo de contratación dentro de una organización global.
